One of the newest businesses in Squamish, Platypus Play Centre is actually younger than those who enjoy the facility - toddlers and young children. Platypus Playcentre is a purpose built licensed daycare for Squamish, providing part time and full time daycare for 12 (12 month to 36 month old) children and 25 (36 month to 60 month old) children. The Centre is strategically located in the young family filled Amblepath neighbourhood.

Obviously pleasing their first year parent and child clientele, Platypus received high praises from numerous nomintators.
