Business Park Sub Area Plan
The District of Squamish’s Business Park has been and will continue to function as a major focal point for business activity within the community.
Not only does the Park presently contain a wide variety of businesses, but over the long term, the potential exists for significant expansion of the Park, as there is a considerable amount of land within the northern portion of the Business Park that has yet to be developed.
The purpose of the Business Park Sub Area Plan is to provide a policy and strategic framework for the District that will be used to guide both:
- the disposition of District owned lands within the Park to third parties; and
- the future development of the Business Park in a manner that balances economic, social, environmental, and other community values.
