The Downtown Neighborhood Plan regulates development in the downtown core area. The plan also gives guidance on connectivity to the rest of Squamish with clear direction for land use, the form and character of development in the Squamish downtown, policies to guide future decisions, and guidlines for engineering, transportation, and servicing over time.

This is the first DRAFT of the Plan and in no ways reflects the FINAL Plan.
